India is Preparing for Loss of One Nation

India has started the New Year 2026 with a tour of Europe. External Affair Minister of India S. Jayshankar is visiting Europe starting with Paris. He has expressly stated that he will be exploring new technologies. That is a euphemism for technology shopping from Europe which is facing economic stress from very high energy cost and fatigue of Ukraine war. In short, there may be stress sale of technology for economic reasons. It also means a step away from American technology.

The Torn Veil

President Trump of USA has done something remarkable. Something no earlier President dare to do. He has removed the veil of “Public Good” from its actions. He is focused on wealth and not on modalities. He is unconcerned about the labels like liberalism, socialism, democracy, sovereignty, or International Law. President of most powerful country wields power and displays it too.

India assumed BRICS presidency January 1st, 2026. Rio Summit handed it over last year. Venezuela had applied for membership and was likely to be admitted soon. But on 3rd January 2026 USA repeats history in Caracas, Venezuela. It repeats 1989 Norieg kidnap in Panama. Caracas sky is crowded with American jets. President Maduro and his wife are “captured” from the palace. They are kidnapped to New York and charged with narco-terror related charges in domestic court of USA. Sovereign Immunity is trashed under the feet of President Trump.

Venezuela supplied China 1.2M bpd ($60B since 2022). China’s oil line severed. It can prepare itself for more supply cuts.

After four days an oil tanker called Marinera is boarded and seized by USA navy in Atlantic waters. Three Indians sit captive below decks. The stars and stripes become flags of piracy. Empire’s roar echoes through empty halls.

With two actions Trump has removed any ambiguity on the intent of USA. It will strike hard. Tariff did not work. Now it is the turn of military.

Now USA has withdrawn from 66 international organisations, including India-led Solar Alliance. It has called it ‘America First’ policy. President Trump signed a memorandum announcing the exit from international organisations, agreements, and treaties that are “against the interests” of the USA.

Anticipation of India

India is preparing for “Strategic Autonomy” for a long time with its flagship “Make in India” program. Was it strategic autonomy or something else? Like preparation for “World Minus One”? Why it is systematically replacing American digital dominance across every sector?

The digital autonomy was first goal and is nearly achieved. The Ministers in the Government announced adopting Zoho Office suite and mail. Google and Microsoft effectively by-passed. Home Minister Amit Shah switched to Zoho Mail and tweeted about it. So far 1.2M govt emails have migrated to Zoho Mail. Online shopping app ONDC has clocked 7M orders across 370K sellers. It will soon rival Amazon/Flipkart. Uber is being replaced by Cooperative Bharat Taxi App which has surged to 400K users with zero commissions. DigiHaat crossed 1M orders fee-free. It also challenges Amazon, Flipkart and Zomato.

In October 2025, GIFT City in India, started Currency Settlement System slashing dollar trade settlement from days to minutes without SWIFT intervention. The possibility of US financial kill switch is eliminated for regional and local trade.

After Ukraine war started all American Fintech companies had quit Russia and its economy was hit very badly for few months till it urgently created alternatives. Access to SWIFT was suspended and Sovereign fund of Russia was seized.

India’s K-4 SLBM test from INS Arighaat delivered a 3,500km nuclear punch. Launched from submarine, it has a global reach with stealth launch. It is no regional flex. This was second-strike insurance anywhere on earth. It was an announced intent. The USA administration official stopped blurting colonial casteist slurs thereafter.

US granted waivers to Reliance Industries for years to buy Venezuelan oil despite sanctions. Chevron and Reliance got special treatment while smaller refiners choked. Yet. colonial officer lectures wrong caste while exempting actual beneficiary. Ambani fills refinery tanks duty-free. Clinton dances at his daughter’s wedding. Brahmins chant mantras in marriage. Navarro picks wrong target.

QpiAI’s 64-qubit Kaveri chip launched in November 2025. Two quantum fabs were approved at IIT Bombay, IISc. Ten semiconductor plants across six states draw 19 billion dollars investment. Tata-PSMC Gujarat fab will start in 2027. Kaynes Semicon ships first modules in October 2025.

USA’s General Electric did not deliver GE F414 Engines for four years. The 70 percent transfer has not even started. In November 25th, 2025, Safran CEO committed full technology transfer. It include hot section blades, single crystal tech, and IPR rights included. USA’s loss will be France’s gain.

Actually India is preparing for World minus one policy. Let me explain.

Pahalgam to Pakistan

The Pahalgam attack on April 22, 2025 killed 26 civilians. Pakistani Terrorists selectively questioned victims about their religion and shot non-Muslim men, specifically targeting Hindu tourists. Media and AI has masked the fact that terrorists checked each victim for his religion and washed away their dialogue with wife of victims “Go Tell Modi”. PM Modi was told and operation Sindoor happened with airstrikes crippling Pakistan which asked for a ceasefire.

In the aftermath of operation Sindoor, Trump hosted Asim Munir for a private White House lunch in June 2025, the first time a Pakistani army chief received such honours without civilian leaders. Trump has been taunting India through his growing friendship with Munir. He told that Pakistan has so much oil that India will buy from it. I have written about this delusion earlier.

Meanwhile, another USA ally and Bill Clinton’s personal friend Muhammad Yunus’s government in Bangladesh has issued hostile statements against India and failed to protect religious minorities, and allowed extremists to dictate foreign policy. He tacitly threatened to severe India’s North Eastern states.

Trade Deal

India will not partner a lowlife pirate on any cost. It is a cultural thing which Europe and USA, rather entire west will not understand which has built its civilization on loot giving it fancy names like colonization. Remember how the PM Modi was credited by USA administration for stopping the Putin from going nuclear? It is a civilizational thing. I have mentioned about the Dharmic nature of Wars in my book Accidental Empire and on that framework predicted that USA may become more brutal and President Trump proved it to be correct.

In such hostile atmosphere, it appears that there is not going to be any trade deal between India and USA. The reason is simple. It is not a negotiation of equal opportunity rather it is for submission to USA. Therefore, India has given final offer and stepped away. After Venezuela operation it is clear that it is better to have less relationship with USA.

India has diversified export and there is increase in overall exports from India. FTA is USAs psychological need not economic requirement. (See Lutnick remarks below) India has been expanding trade partnerships across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. It is working on a plan called M-50 in which trade agreements are negotiated with 50 nonaligned countries. India is proceeding with realisation that WTO, regime has ended.

USA is not physically collapsing. Its influence and its respect, collapses. It is now trying to use fear to induce respect. It aims to control global oil trade and sea lanes to induce fear. It does not work that way. It never did. Others may retaliate. Violent actions have inevitable violent reactions.

The infrastructure India built, payment systems, digital platforms, SWIFT alternatives, quantum chips, submarine missiles, isn’t preparation for negotiation. It’s preparation for a world where that relationship is permanently altered. It will be world minus one. May be world minus two if needed.
