The White House Meeting:
USA is at war with terror. It is fighting terror since 9/11. Its partner is Pakistan. That is the country where 9 out of 10 terrorists are trained. Read a Brookings report about this partnership here. According to another report published in Reuters, Field Marshal Asim Munir is expected to fly to Washington to meet President Donald Trump in the coming weeks for a third meeting in six months. This meeting happens weeks after Indian intelligence foiled a plot to detonate 3,000 kg of ammonium nitrate at several places in India.
The General Asim Munir after recent elevation to the rank of Field Marshal was also granted lifetime immunity and dictatorial powers until 2030, gets honored in Washington while investigations trace the explosive supply chains back to ‘overseas links.’
Trump literally said “I love Pakistan” while hosting the army chief of a country that has sponsored terror attacks killing hundreds of Indians. Meanwhile, Modi gets a phone call about trade deals. This is western diplomacy.
India as Victim of Terrorism
India is never framed as a victim of systematic destabilization including terrorism. Instead it is portrayed as:
- Internally chaotic and communally divided
- Unable to maintain law and order
- Not ready for great power status
- A place where violence just “happens” due to local conditions.
This framing serves a purpose: if India is attacking itself through internal conflicts, then there’s no state sponsor to identify, no explosive supply chains to trace, no geopolitical pattern to acknowledge. The moment a terrorist enters India he is transformed into a ‘militant.’
The Mechanism:
Research of terror bombing over last 100 years, reveals the mechanism. The rising non-Western powers get systematically bombed to prevent their ascent, but the attacks are either erased entirely or reframed as internal problems rather than external targeting. This is the mechanism:
- Facilitate explosives and funding to “non-state actors”
- Let them bomb rising power’s cities for a decade
- Publicly condemn while privately supporting
- Exclude from databases so it’s not “terrorism”
- Frame it as the victim’s law and order failure
- When victim retaliates, host the attackers’ leaders as honored guests
The term “non-state actors” is a brilliant cover. It creates plausible deniability for state sponsors. Pakistan’s ISI arms groups, but officially they’re “non-state.” CIA provides intelligence and logistics, but officially uninvolved. The explosive supply chains stay classified as state secrets.
The “non-state actors” formula works perfectly. Pakistan’s military facilitates the terror groups, maintains deniability, then gets rewarded for “preventing war” when the victim strikes back. No intelligence analyst, no reasonable person can look at this sequence and conclude coincidence. The pattern is deliberate policy.
Operation Sindoor
When India finally strikes back at these terror groups or their sponsors, suddenly there’s international concern about “escalation” and “regional stability.” The attackers get White House invitations. The victim gets lecture about restraint.
The West performs the theater of condemning terrorism while the policy facilitates it against competitors. The whole system is designed to enable covert warfare against rising powers while maintaining the sponsor’s diplomatic innocence.
Delhi Under Attack
Below is a concise list of major terror blasts in last three decades, as recorded in available summaries. Numbers reflect the figures provided in the source text.
- May 25, 1996 Lajpat Nagar Central Market bomb. At least 16 dead.
- October 1, 1997 Two bombs near Sadar Bazaar. About 30 injured.
- October 10, 1997 Three explosions in Shantivan, Kaudiya Pul, and Kingsway Camp. One death, about 16 injured.
- October 18, 1997 Twin blasts in Rani Bagh Market. One death, about 23 injured.
- October 26, 1997 Two explosions in Karol Bagh Market. One death, about 34 injured.
- November 30, 1997 Twin explosions in the Red Fort area. Three deaths, about 70 injured.
- December 30, 1997 Bus explosion near Punjabi Bagh. Four killed, about 30 injured.
- February 27, 2000 Explosion in Paharganj. Eight injured.
- March 16, 2000 Explosion in Sadar Bazaar. Seven injured.

- April 14, 2006 Two explosions within Jama Masjid premises. At least 14 injured.
- September 13, 2008 Five coordinated blasts in Karol Bagh, Connaught Place, and Greater Kailash I. At least 20 to 30 dead, more than 90 injured.
- September 27, 2008 Blast in Mehrauli Flower Market. Three dead, 23 injured.
- May 25, 2011 Explosion in Delhi High Court parking area. No fatalities.
This list shows a consistent focus on public gathering points and transport or shopping corridors. The clustering in certain years reflects both operational patterns and investigative breakthroughs that shift tactics over time. But only two terrorism incident find their place in these databases:
Global Terrorism Database (GTD): https://www.start.umd.edu/gtd/
RAND Database of Worldwide Terrorism Incidents: https://www.rand.org/nsrd/projects/terrorism-incidents.html
National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism (START): https://www.start.umd.edu/
These are the primary Western-compiled terrorism databases that claim to be comprehensive to cover worldwide or global terror events but systematically exclude incidents like the 18+ Delhi bombings while meticulously recording attacks with Western casualties. These are databases of terrorism that matters to Western powers. Everyone else’s suffering is invisible unless it serves geopolitical narratives. There’s no need for them to call it “white life matters” when the data selection already screams it.
Chilling Betrayal
White House meeting is the revelation. They are not even hiding it anymore because they don’t need to. The databases are controlled, the narrative is managed, and consequences don’t exist for the sponsor. The only people who’ll deny this are those willfully blind or complicit in the system. The evidence is overwhelming. The betrayal happened in plain sight within months.
February 2025: Trump welcomes Modi, calls him “friend,” praises India as “strategic partner,” talks of deeper cooperation.
May 2025: India faces terrorist crisis in April. In May it conducts Operation Sindoor against terror infrastructure.
June 2025: Trump hosts Pakistan’s Army Chief who is not a head of state but a mere military officer, at the White House. Praises him. Trump personally hosted Munir in the Cabinet Room for two hours. This was deliberate presidential policy.
The “friend” and “strategic partner” language to Modi was theater. The substance was always with Pakistan’s military establishment that runs the terror infrastructure.
No attempt is made to reconcile the conflict because they don’t need to. Power doesn’t require consistency. The hypothesis about covert warfare against rising powers just got validated by the most overt action possible: the US President personally honoring the military leader of the state sponsor. The arrogance is the point. They’re not hiding it because they believe India has no choice but to accept it.
It’s not a stab in the back. It’s stabbing while maintaining eye contact and smiling.
Why include Two Mumbai Blasts
What made those two specific incidents “database-worthy” when 18+ other Delhi bombings were ignored.
1993 Mumbai blasts (257 dead): This happened right after Babri Masjid demolition and communal riots. The narrative served Western databases because it could be framed as “internal Hindu-Muslim conflict” or “organized crime” (Dawood Ibrahim of Pakistan as non-state actor, links). It fit the story of India as unstable, communally divided, not ready for great power status.
2008 Mumbai attacks (172 dead): The crucial difference – this targeted Westerners. Americans and Europeans died in attack at the Taj and Oberoi hotels. It became “global terrorism” because Western victims were involved. It also mattered as it happened during the 2008 financial crisis when attention was on emerging markets. Yet the link to Pakistan is not mentioned even when there are phone recordings of calls between Pakistani handler and terrorists shooting in Taj hotel. The real recordings were played in the movie Dhurandhar. Why India’s security agency gave recordings to a Movie? To tell the world. To counter this fake data base entry.
Both attacks happened at Mumbai, not Delhi. Both had death tolls that couldn’t be ignored. But more importantly: both fit narratives useful to Western databases. The 18+ Delhi attacks killed “only” Indians in Indian markets going about daily life. No Western victims. No spectacular hotel sieges. Just systematic destabilization of India’s capital that doesn’t serve any useful narrative for Western databases. When 100+ die across 18 Delhi bombings over a decade it deserves complete erasure from the historical record.
The Delusion
The calculation of the USA is to publicly humiliate India by honoring Pakistan’s Army Chief. Impose 50% tariffs (affecting ~$80 billion in exports, roughly 1% of India’s $3.5 trillion GDP) and expect India to abandon Russia, its reliable partner for 70+ years. USA also assume that India will still align with US against China. It also assume that India will help Taiwan who never supported India on Tibet. There is no tax on delusion. It comes free.
Russia has stood by India through 1971 war when US sent the 7th Fleet to threaten India. In that war too entire West was united with Pakistan. For decades Russia supplied weapons to India with no strings attached. Russia was consistent in providing the support in UN Security Council. The energy supplies to India during global crises helped both the countries. It never lectures about democracy or internal affairs of India.
USA’s Benevolence Towards India:
- Decades of supporting Pakistan’s military despite terror attacks
- Sanctions after nuclear tests
- Weapons with end-use monitoring strings attached
- Constant interference on Kashmir, human rights, religious freedom
- Now openly honoring the military leader facilitating bombings in Indian cities
And they think a 1% GDP tariff threat will make India choose them over Russia? The policy makers aren’t just delusional; they’re operating with colonial-era assumptions that India has no agency, no options, and will accept whatever treatment is offered because “there’s no alternative.”
Flow of Money Tells
While the White House honors Pakistan’s Army Chief, American businesses are fleeing restrictive US visa policies and pouring billions into India. The corporate sector sees what the political establishment refuses to acknowledge. The value of entire stock market of Pakistan that is Karachi Stock Exchange is $50 billion. Just one IT company of India called TCS is valued 2.5 times more. Corporate know this as a fact. They realise that India is rising regardless of the containment strategy. H-1B restrictions meant to “protect American jobs” instead push American companies to build operations in India.
The talent is Indian. The restrictions are American. So the jobs move to where the talent is. Microsoft doesn’t open Hyderabad offices because of visa limits. It opens them because that’s where the engineers are and the business environment works. American visa policies accelerated this.
The political establishment frames India as unstable, chaotic, communally divided, not ready for great power status. The corporate world ignores this narrative entirely. Google commits $15 billion for data centers in Andhra Pradesh. Apple moves iPhone production to Tamil Nadu. Microsoft expands Azure cloud infrastructure. Amazon builds massive fulfillment and AWS networks. Elon Musk’s Starlink satellite internet service is set to launch in India. These aren’t small bets. These are multi-billion dollar, decade-long commitments.
The Response
The irony is devastating. USA imports India’s engineers, doctors, IT professionals. Indian talent powers Silicon Valley, runs hospitals, drives innovation. India sends its best minds to build American prosperity.
In return, America facilitates bombings in Indian cities, honors the military leader running the terror infrastructure, and then acts shocked when India builds weapons that can reach American soil.
India’s strategic weapons program isn’t paranoia. it’s rational response to documented covert warfare. India is developing and deploying:
- Agni-V ICBM with 5,000+ km range
- Agni-VI under development with 8,000-10,000 km range
- Nuclear submarine program (INS Arihant class)
- MIRV capability development
- Sudarshan Chakra or national missile defence similar to “Iron Dome” of Israel These aren’t aimed at Pakistan. Pakistan is 200km away for which ICBMs is not needed. These reach Beijing, but more importantly, they reach Washington, London, Paris. India is preparing for the actual sponsor, not just the proxy. This is why operation Sindoor is suspended not ended.
India isn’t Iraq or Libya. It has 1.4 billion people, nuclear weapons, space program, and growing economic power. You can’t permanently contain that through proxy bombings. The ICBMs are India saying: “We know who the real enemy is.”
So what USA does? It destabilises Bangladesh, installs Md. Yunus as its dictator. Meanwhile several USA nationals died in Bangladesh and their death was classified as natural. An activist who toppled the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s Government, namely Sharif Osman Hadi is killed. He was rabid anti-India in his speeches. Guess what? USA expresses solidarity with him here. [United Nations seeks to exercise calm.] (https://news.un.org/en/story/2025/12/1166642) No sympathy fo Deep Chand who was burnt alive for being a Hindu. No lecture to Bangladesh on communal riots.
The Red Fort Plot
In November 2025, Indian intelligence seized 2,900 kg of ammonium nitrate. It was to be distributed across 30 vehicles. The planned detonation date was December 6th, the anniversary of Babri Masjid demolition. One runaway terrorist did cause a blast near Red Fort in Delhi on 10 November 2025 under fear of being caught. At least 15 people were killed in blast.
When compared with Oklahoma City Bombing, it used 2,300 kg and killed 168. This plot involved 3,000 kg for coordinated strikes. Potential casualties were likely to be in thousands.
Investigations made arrests. One formal statement. Nothing since. No updates on supply chain tracing. No announcements about overseas links. No press conferences detailing the network. This silence is unusual. Major terror plots generate investigation updates, diplomatic protests, evidence presentations. The 2008 Mumbai attacks produced detailed dossiers, international pressure, UN listings. The Red Fort investigation produces nothing public.
Rumours circulate that the ammonium nitrate came from Bangladesh. If true, the implications are staggering. Bangladesh shares 4,096 km of border with India. The supply chain for 3,000 kg of explosives crossing that border requires industrial scale procurement with Storage facilities on both sides. Transport networks across international border is not much of a problem as recently conducted Special Intensive Revision (SIR) by Election Commission has shown that there are Crores of Bangladeshi in India who can coordinate as well and synchronized for December 6th attack. This isn’t smuggling. This is logistics infrastructure that operates with impunity. Timing of revelation matters. It could force another operation Sindoor in the east. The investigation stays silent. Meanwhile, Munir flies to Washington.
Pakistan on the west. Bangladesh on the east. Both with infrastructure that can facilitate explosions into India. The pattern is to destabilize India’s neighbors, install US-aligned governments, then explosive supply chains operate more freely. This adds another dimension:
The Red Fort plot isn’t just Pakistan-originated terrorism. If the rumours allegedly from leaked investigation reports are accurate, it is a multi-country coordination. Bangladesh supplies the explosives. Pakistan creates the network. Funds are provided from UAE. Turkey provides the handlers and training. India becomes the killing ground. And investigations stay silent. For six months, both sides were verbose. Munir made nuclear threats from American soil. Trump and his advisors delivered daily threats, slurs, tariff warnings for four months straight. The noise was constant. Now there is complete silence. No trade negotiations. No diplomatic statements. No threats. No slurs. Nothing. The silence is the confession.
It the calm that prevails before the storm.
Munir knows it. So does the Trump. But both presently do not know what to say.
