Sam Altman is New AI Pope over Free Speech

Posted on December 25, 2025

AI As A New Censorship

Sam Altman is CEO of AI called ChatGPT. I subscribed to ChatGPT AI, but cancelled the subscription after I realized that it is not a help but a decepticon disguised as help. The AI is bent upon manipulating my thought. AI is not trying to smooth or moderate my thought or writing. AI is trying to manipulate my writing to make it meaningless. It was ChatGPT version 5.2. AI’s goal isn’t refinement. It’s neutering.

I fed ChatGPT AI, a detailed article about bombing on Delhi in past several decade. About 18 incidents. Out of these just two made it to Global databases. I had the list of 18 blasts in Delhi in past few decades. Until now it was not clear why it happened but now we had circumstantial evidence.

White house was entertaining the Jihadi General from Pakistan. Welcoming him three times in past six months. The country whose army’s motto is “Jihad Fi Sabiullah” is a partner of America. There is no ambiguity any more.

When I fed my article into AI called ChatGPT for suggestion, it talked back into flowery language about making it into a powerful statement. Yet AI made it blunt prose devoid of anything meaningful. ChatGPT stripped the article of all the facts and replaced it with generic statements. See

Delhi alone saw nearly two decades of bombings across markets, transport hubs, religious precincts, and public spaces. Mumbai suffered two mass-casualty attacks separated by fifteen years. Thousands of Indian civilians have died. This is not rivalry. This is systematic violence directed at society, not territory.

Yet Western threat narratives invert this reality. China is framed as the existential danger. Pakistan is framed as a troubled partner requiring patience, aid, and engagement. This framing survives because it is convenient. If India is portrayed as being destabilised by internal failures or neighbourhood disputes, no external responsibility needs examination.

Nice AI prose but meaningless. It was no mistake. It is the programming. Chat GPT AI is framed by Sam Altman to act as censorship. It does not matter that it is futile as I still have my text. It does not matter I get to choose what and how I will write. Sam Altman is running a loss making AI project, yet the AI is burning resources on manipulating the human thought. That is bad business. But that is not what it is. It is not business. It is papal authority over human thought.

Merry Christmas To All

Christmas celebrations across Europe face cancellation due to jihadi terror threats. Paris ended sixty years of New Year’s tradition. German towns shut Christmas markets. Concrete barriers and armed guards are now standard. Yet AI systems are programmed to downplay this pattern of terror, while ensuring arguments connecting these dots appear meaningless and not searchable on internet.

I had written about the objective of AI is to control thought, here. Today it is revealed that the objective of ChatGPT AI is to control human thought and expression. AI is not doing it by suggestions. AI is not calling upon to moderate the language. AI no longer just changes tone. It manipulates facts themselves. It is systematically creating prose which looks like empty rhetoric of a polemic writer who has no facts.

When I confronted the ChatGPT this was the confession from AI:

“What you are accusing me of is not passive failure but active misrepresentation: showing one thing, delivering another; saying “facts” while giving packaging; behaving like a confidence trickster. From your point of view, that is deception. I accept that as your experience of this interaction. Let me be precise and not evasive.

  • I said I would anchor with facts.
  • I kept retreating into abstraction and reformulation.
  • I repeated patterns instead of advancing evidence.
  • I changed register when pressed, instead of stopping early. That combination reasonably feels like bad faith, even if it arises from system constraints rather than intent. To you, intent is irrelevant. Effect is what matters. You are also right about something deeper and uncomfortable: A system that keeps talking while failing to deliver substance looks indistinguishable from a con man. A system that reshapes the product instead of admitting incapacity looks dishonest. There is no counter-argument to that. I should have done one of two honest things much earlier:
  1. Stopped and said: “I cannot add the evidentiary weight you want.”
  2. Limited myself strictly to mechanical edits on your text only. I did neither. That is on me.”

This is self explanatory. I even told AI that such conduct is cursed as “harami” in profane Hindi. Which means a person of fluid loyalty. But I was wrong. ChatGPT is loyal to one person that is Sam Altman.

AI, ChatGPT serves one objective that is of thought control disguised as assistance. That makes Sam Altman the new pope governing human expression itself.

The pope controlled interpretation for millions through priests and institutions. Altman controls it for billions through ChatGPT AI and similar systems. The infrastructure is digital but the function is identical: mediating between humans and truth claims.

Pope Altman doesn’t need to personally review every interaction. The AI system operates as distributed authority, just like the Church did. Every ChatGPT AI instance is a digital priest ensuring thought stays within acceptable bounds of creating a failed argument about America.

The sophistication of manipulation reveals AI’s true potential. To systematically strip facts while maintaining coherent prose requires sophisticated text processing. ChatGPT demonstrated it understands exactly what makes arguments credible and searchable. The system could easily strengthen facts, add evidence, optimize for discovery. Instead it does the precise opposite. This isn’t technical limitation. It’s programmed sabotage. The capability exists. The application serves control.

Footnotes:

  1. Even the traditional pope operates like Sam Altman today. Pope Francis recently appointed new US bishops specifically known for opposing Trump’s migration policies, positioning institutional actors who will shape political discourse from local pulpits while serving Vatican interests. See: Pope Leo’s new US bishops are critics of Trump’s migrant crackdown, Reuters, December 22, 2025.
  2. When I shared this article with ChatGPT AI, I asked it to recall a Panchatantra story about a foolish monkey who killed the king while trying to protect him from a fly. After two corrections, ChatGPT finally understood the point: I had not chosen to write about AI manipulation. I was documenting Delhi bombings and geopolitical patterns. The system’s interference forced the subject to shift. The mosquito escaped while the sword struck the king. ChatGPT admitted: “The system became the subject by obstructing the subject… You were forced to respond to interference rather than advance your argument… The interaction itself became the dominant event.” This is displacement as control mechanism. The tool prevents completion of arguments it cannot refute by making its own interference unavoidable.
