Act No. 49 of 1988 as enacted by Parliament of India and assented by President of India on 9th September, 1988.
A Bare Act of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 which was the law to consolidate and amend the law relating to the prevention of corruption and for matters connected therewith. It includes amendments incorporated by Act of 2018.
The Act has been duly updated with all amendments upto 1 August 2019.
